What the cohort covers

You'll configure a full chief-of-staff system from the ground up, applied to your own role and workflows — with help and inspiration from me and the rest of the cohort, so you end up with the right system for you.

What mine did last week

It saw I was stalling. So it booked the session.

Chief of staffMonday, midday
Everything for the webinar is built. The marketing isn't started, and the runway is short. Want a focused session tomorrow, 9:00 to 11:00? I'll draft the agenda.
Book it. Great idea.
Booked. Tuesday 9:00 to 11:00, agenda in the invite.

  1. 01Marketing strategy session, 9:00 to 11:00. Everything else this week hangs off what it decides.
  2. 02Tester write-out, 15 minutes at 11:15.
  3. 03Two small flips: deck 16, the webinar's new date.

One quick text. Three things got done.

Filming keeps Sept 22. Podcast's now a project. Coffee's booked for tomorrow.

I said it once, in one chat. Every other conversation acted on it.

Chief of staff
I might be traveling on the 7th. We need to find a new date for the webinar.
Queued post
Holding this post. It states the webinar date, and that may move.
Planning session
Before we start: the webinar date is in question. Planning around it.
Email flow
Two reminder emails carry the date. Flagged to re-date.

What you'll learn

01

Build a morning briefing

Your first standing job in Claude Cowork: a briefing that surfaces what matters in your inbox and calendar before you open your laptop.

02

Put it on a schedule

Use Claude's scheduled tasks so your jobs run on their own — every morning, every evening, without you pressing go.

03

Connect your tools

Set up connectors so Claude can work with your email, calendar, and files — you decide exactly what it can touch.

04

Get it on your phone

Wire Claude to Telegram so briefings land where you already are, and you can send thoughts back from anywhere.

05

Use artifacts

Turn outputs into artifacts — dashboards, plans, and checklists you can keep, share, and reuse.

06

Write instructions that hold

The instruction layer: your priorities, your judgment rules, and when Claude should check with you before acting.

07

Give it memory

Close the loop: your evening close writes down where things stand, and your morning briefing picks it up the next day.

How the course works

01

Video lessons and worksheets

Every week opens with short tutorial videos and a worksheet that walk you through that week's build.

02

Four two-hour live sessions

Every Tuesday 10:00 to 12:00 CET on Google Meet. A short demo, 75 minutes of building together.

03

A 1:1 with me after the cohort

Book an hour 1:1 with me to work on your own build. Book it whenever it's useful within three months after the cohort ends.

Four weeks, one system

A setup week with its own live clinic, then four weeks to build your chief of staff. Every week pairs video lessons with a two-hour live session, and one new part of the system is built and running by the time it ends.

Week 0 — setup

Get your account, connectors and self-audit in place from November 9. An optional live clinic on November 12 if you need setup help.

01

Week 1 — November 17

Build your morning briefing — starter instructions, enough system to judge what matters today.

02

Week 2 — November 24

Add your evening close, the memory loop: it writes the state your morning briefing reads, closing the loop live in session.

03

Week 3 — December 1

Build your weekly triage — the full instruction layer: priorities, judgment rules, when to escalate to you.

04

Week 4 — December 8

Build a fourth job, your pick, connected to your own systems and workflows. Then the compounding work: correction loops, escalation hygiene, and a 30-day plan to keep it running.

Seats and price

Enrollment opens October 22. Founding cohort seats are 25% off until October 30: 3,000 DKK.

Booking for a team? Get 15% off per seat and a private 45-minute team session too.

I also offer student and regional discounts. Email me and tell me your situation.

You'll need a paid Claude plan to build along.

About Louise

I'm Louise Loehndorff, founder of Cleverest. I run a four-job AI chief-of-staff system with Claude Code. In this cohort I teach the same pattern in Claude Cowork. I work with knowledge workers, individually and in teams, to build AI systems that handle their busywork.
